This self-paced course is inspired by Buddha’s teaching on the Four Powers of Effort: Aspiration, Steadfastness, Joy, and Relaxation.

It combines coaching tools and exercises with the universal concept of the Four Powers to help you achieve your unique goals. At the end of the course, you will have a better understanding of yourself and a framework to put in place to keep you moving forward.
