As a coach, I help individuals achieve greater focus and awareness of choice, enabling them to move forward more quickly. My approach centers on your current situation, your desired future, and the actions you’re willing to take to get there.

In addition to my training as a professional coach, I bring many life experiences to the engagement, including my career, relationships, successes, and failures. Most importantly, I’m interested in helping you create your desired life.

A typical coaching engagement consists of 2-4 monthly coaching sessions, plus other virtual touchpoints, for 3-6 months to make progress and accomplish your particular goals.
